How to set up the EDI team

If you have decided that you are indeed going to implement EDI in your company and utilize the benefits of an internally run EDI system, you must understand that there are a few distinct features that you will also have to implement in order to accommodate the EDI system so that it functions smoothly. Some different kinds of EDI resources will be needed along with some special trained staff etc. You will in fact need a special team or department to run this system smoothly, and this team might need up to thirty two trained professionals depending on the size of the company and the load that the system will have to bear. You will need at least one full time manager and five full time specialists for this department. Apart from them of course you will also have to hire some analysts and software engineers and others for the team as well.
